For those of you that have ordered meal :eat: vouchers from Hotwire....how long did it take for your vouchers to arrive? My order was received on 11/3 and was told I would be notified when they shipped. Here it is, 11/13, and I have not yet heard that they were shipped. We leave 11/28. Is it too early for me to start freaking out :Panic: about this?

Although most people have had great transactions with Hotwire, mine was extremely negative. No details, as I don't want to scare you unnecessarily, but do get in touch with them to see when they shipped. Unless you paid for special service, they ship via regular mail and can't be tracked once they leave their facility. Be sure to take that into consideration when determining when they should arrive.

Oh boy.....thanks for the heads up. Please do tell me your sagas. I need to know whether it is going to be worth my time fighting with Hotwire. Luckily my card has not yet been charged. I researched this meal voucher stuff and had heard good things about it. Who knew it was going to be such a hassle!

You should have received them by now. CALL THEM TODAY. Be sure to let them know that you are leaving soon and need them ASAP.
I ordered vouchers late on 11/5 and received them on 11/12.

This is ridiculous. I found out what the problem was. Since I cancelled my membership before the order was actually shipped, my order got cancelled as well. So now I don't know if it will be worth me trying to rejoin and reorder. I think I will be pushing my time frame a bit if I were to do that. So let this be a lesson to you all ordering from Hotwire.....hopefully my mess won't be in vain.
