Freezing

As soon as I open the chat room my computer freezes. It wont close anything or move anything. Also when I tried to look at the llama page or another link page this morning it froze.

Summer Breeze on her new laptop cannot even open the chat room.

HELP. (maybe someone can send a message into the chat room for keith)

Hi there,
Have you installed the Java run time package ? if you have, it may be worth uninstalling it and reinstalling or perhaps downloading a newer version :/

Everything froze again when I clicked on "here" to install Java
have to press alt cont delete to get out of it.
Dont think I have it in anyway

You guys are having the worst luck with computers right now. I feel really bad for you. I can't do anything to help, but since I've been there, done that...I know it's really frustrating.
Hope things get back to normal soon!
