Hi everyone, I am new to this board. My parents are taking me and my siblings to Disney World this Christmas. I can't wait! I would like to give my parents something really nice, any ideas. I want to give them something unique, something that will really surprise them. :)

oooh. That's a big question.
How much would you like to spend on something nice?

Leave a Legacy tile is the first thing that pops in my mind :)

A leave a legacy tile would be nice...but if you want something to remember the trip by that they can keep at home, a snowglobe might be nice. You will also find hundreds of different ideas once you start browsing the shops.
And, welcome tinkerbelle84! Where in Cincinnati? We live in West Chester...about 5 miles from Kings Island.

Another thought might be one of those Crystal Cubes (I know I've seen them at EPCOT, near the "Journey into your Imagination" ride...) You could have one of the really nice one's made with you and your siblings picture inside it...That way, your parents would not only have a lovely souveneir of WDW, but a nice reminder of their kiddos as well!!

Take them out for a nice dinner. I did this once at the Californian Grill, it was perfect

Since you don't want to spend more that $100 the spa treatments and dinner may be a bit too pricey. The Leave a Legacy tile is a nice memento.

Downtown Disney has some shops with very nice items (crystal, artwork, and other like merchandise) that would well mark a special visit to WDW. Some will be well over $100, but there will be many selections in your price range.
A crystal Cinderella's Castle may be something they would like. Or perhaps a drawing, or other framed poster of something memorable at WDW.
There will be many choices for you. You might want to narrow down your choices by deciding what category of gift you want to give them? Ornament (beautiful Christmas ones, some are complete sets) figurine, poster, picture, crystal, etc... Then you could start to look at what is available in your chosen category!

We had an artist at the Art of Disney store in DTD draw us characters. They personalized it and put the date on it. We bought it framed & matted. They did a fantastic job! It was really fun watching her draw it for us too. It cost around $100. You can choose from a huge variety of characters. The price will vary depending on if you choose one or two characters, and of course whether or not you have it framed.
I think the crystal with your picture is a great idea also.
P.S. What a thoughtful idea!

Thanks for all your advice. I think im going to look around the shops when i get down there. The Port Orleans resort has a nice gift shop- also its not as crowded.

I have to agree with the crystel cube. You can find the where Figment is in EPCOT.We have two of them and they are wonderful reminders of those trips. You won't get it right away, but within a week or so of coming home it should arrive.Your picture is engraved in it and it is dated.I for one think it would me a wonderful magical remembrence for your parents.

Some other ideas...
Dinner at the Spirit of Aloha in The Poly, its $50 per person, and includes all you can eat and drink, a show, and then they can walk to the Poly beach to watch wishes from there
Tickets to La Nouba, I dont remember, but I think the cheapest ones are $48.... might be wrong though
We had a splendid dinner at Bistro de Paris in Epcot, very romantic and it was less than $100...
A wishes or Illuminations cruise.. although I dont know how much those are...
You could also have flowers or food baskets or even champagne delivered to their hotel room from Disney Florist....

Tinkerbell, there are large glass mickey head ornaments (round balls with two smaller balls - looks like a 'hidden mickey') to purchase at the holiday shops. You can have them hand calligraphed (sp) with your parents names on them, or an "I Love YOU!" or your names on them and the date of the holiday, with a sprinkling of pixie dust on it. The ornaments are only $12, the lettering can be quite a bit more, but they are lovely and make a wonderful memento, whether left out all year, or brought out each Christmas. They are really wuuuunerful. :D
