I was reading one of the inside WDW articles

Dan's interview (http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/cmi11.html)

and he mentioned that a lot of kids from the 'Make a Wish' foundation visit WDW.

I went on their website, just to see what the foundation does, and I found this

Clarice's story (http://www.wish.org/home/wishes_go_clarice.htm)

I just thought you might all like to read it, it's touching.

My cousin is a MAW coordinator in Maine, and she was so incredibly touched by all her kids, but never more so than when she discovered she had breast cancer. All 'her kids' would check in on her and give her all sorts of advice, but one of her favorite gifts was from a kid coming back from Disney. She gave her an embroidered set of mouse ears and told her to wear them when she lost her hair "They'll look so funny that no one will notice you don't have any hair and it will make them smile."

thank you for sharing, Vik, made my day!

You're welcome, and thank you for sharing your story :)

Its stories like that that makes you want to get involved. I keep thinking if I could help a child get the feeling that I do at WDW it would be incredible
