Has anyone eaten here? According to one of my guidebooks, it's beautiful and the food is good, but I'm hoping to hear from someone other than a travel writer who liked just about all the restaurants at Universal. We'll be in Orlando in April with 15-and 17-year old boys. Thanks! :)

We went there summer before last. It was nice and cool. The decor was pretty neat, felt like we were in a cave. The food was good too. DD had a chocolate dessert sampler for dessert and was VERY pleased.

This was our fave place we ate at. We had the pizza which was a starter but fine as a main and the chicken and bacon roll. Both were really nice and the prices were reasonable. They also have the coolest chips, really thin! We got a seat next to a big window overlooking the lake. Definately recommend eating there. We tried going back a second time but it was shut after hurricane jeanne. :(

Thanks for your comments! Sounds like a good place to try. It's at Islands of Adventure. We're staying there for three days, at the Hard Rock, and then going to Coronado Springs for four days. We like to have one really great meal each day and want to try some places we haven't been to on our previous trips in 2000 and 2002. :p
