Talking Trash & Crash Dummies

HI All,

Just thinking back to my last few trips i can not remember seeing the talking transh can in MK outside the gift shop or the crash test dummies that use to stand behind the poles as you exited TT.

Does anybody know what happened?

The talking trash can was in MK in October 2004 outside the gift shop, but did not see the crash test dummies in epcot

What talking trash can? Which gift shop? This sounds like something interesting to hunt for.

We saw the talking trash cans under the astro orbiter at MK, and also at Rafikis planet watch at AK.

The talking trash can had my kids in bewilderment for ages, it was so funny seeing them talking back to a bin. It is like a normal trash can, but moves and talks directly to you.

We seen it in MK Tomorrowland in the area around; Indy Speedway (39), Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (I) and Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies (O). () as per MK map.

I just wrote the locations down in my planning book. I have been to WDW a lot and never knew there was a talking trash can! So cool!

We've just got back from WDW - the talking trash cans are still there!
It's real funny watching the reaction from the kids. It's operated by a guy with the remote control in his bag, and a mic which he hides with a park map! He stands a short distance away, but near enough that he can hear what the kids say to the can! You can go up to the guy and tell him your kids names, and when they are near to the can he'll talk to them using their names!! Kids are amazed that the trash can is so clever! Adults beware - the trash can will also talk to you - and try to make you look silly!!

heh i saw the talking tree at AK... that made me laugh cause it caused a woman to make a FOOL out of herself

I have also seen the talking tree at AK but don't think that it is as good as the Talking trash!

The talking trees are normally outside the entrance to AK just before it opens.
