Hey guys.. just thought I'd let you know that I've decided to actually go after my dream of being an imagineer.I'm a sophmore in highschool and I'm planning out colleges right now actually. I'm planning on becoming a mechanical engineer and doing a COop program with Disney my Junior year. This is one dream I am going to acheive.. it's going to take a lot of work to get there though

i've looked into everything and i really think i can do it.. plus i have the support of my friends which means the world to me... I told my friend sara that i'd build her a ride if she built me a nice house when i was an imagineer heh

You can participate in the WDW College Program from the time you are a freshman and also return in your sophomore year. For your Junior and Senior years, you can apply for Advance Internships. You can only apply for Advanced Internships if you have already done College Program (kinda like a pre-requisite).

It helps to know about Disney. For Advanced Internships in your field of study, it helps more to have "lived" the Disney culture and traditions from the inside.

No, you have to be enrolled in school and interview at the college or at the closest college where Disney recruiters will be holding interviews.
