We'll be staying at POFQ next May (2 adults). Is there anywhere in the world (ideally close to POFQ) that offers a satisfying full breakfast platter including the likes of bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms etc??

You'll be able to get a breakfast platter at the resort food court. Won't be English though - something like eggs, bacon and hash browns.

If you really want an English style breakfast you'll have to go off-site to somewhere like the Ponderosa where they do a breakfast buffet that caters more to the British tourist.

Or you can go to Bob Evans and have my very favorite, carbohydrate and cholesterol festival breakfast. :D Biscuits topped with scrambled egg, and sausage gravy!

Absolutely wonderful. But boy is it bad for you. :sorry:

Oh but don't expect anything but well-done streaky bacon.

At Bob Evan's or in the US in general?

You can ask for Canadian bacon. That's Pease Bacon in Canada!

It's very lean with just a tiny amount of fat (if any) at the edge.

During our holiday planning we could not wait to get to I-Drive and sample the "all you could eat breakfasts for $3.99"........however, after a few days at the parks and the MASSIVE portions we had for our evening meal, the last thing we could think of was a massive "scottish" breakfast. :-)

The thought of all that grease while going round the Incredible Hulk, The Rock'n'Rollercoaster, Spacemountain or Tower of Terror makes me feel sick just thinking about it. LOL

Don't get me wrong we all love our breakfasts, but in Orlando we settled for the coffee, orange, bagel and a banana on the shuttle bus in the morning.

Oh I cannot wait for Christmas morning, open the presents and then the FULL BHUNA......bacon, sausage, egg, beans, mushrooms, potato scone........then the dinner.....oh cant wait!

Hey! There's an idea! Add a massive breakfast to the Christmas indulgences.

I like it!
