Printing Help

I have been sent my WDW Reservation Confirmations via email, unfortunatley when I try to print these out they are HUGE!!!! and it only prints out the top left hand corner. I have tried saving these but my machine is not having any of it.

Does anyone know how I can print these so that they are normal A4 size??

Any help would be great.

Can you "select all" and reduce the font? Or "select all" and copy to another document and print from there?

Probably much easier ways, but those two might work?

copy and paste and put into word then print?

lisa if you want to forward the docs to me, i can have a look at them and resend them back, when you open them go to print preview and see what the percentage size is, also check it in page set up
