What would the weather be like in Feb/March/April (2006)?
Is there much rain? How warm would it likely be?
Also crowds?

Weather should be nice. February can be chilly but tends to warm up towards March. This time of year is considered Spring Break in the US and is usually peak season as well.
Planning something for that time of year???

February will still find it cold, March a bit warmer, but April the sweetest of the three months.
The humidity will be virtually non-existant, with the days a lovely warm high seventies.
Crowds? Will depend upon when Easter (and the attendant breaks) falls that year, but with careful planning one could organize a holiday around the worst of the crowds. :D

We have been in Feb and it wasn't too busy. It was pretty cold though, the CM's were wearing their overcoats  we wore our shorts, but with sweatshirts

So, when would Spring Break be? How long does it last?
When you say cold, would it be any colder than December?

February can be a bit iffy, so I'm told. I'd lean towards March/April. When does Easter fall that year?

We went in Feb 02. It was a lot colder than Dec 04 that's for sure. I suppose it depends on the year. Spring Break is usually late Feb to whenever Easter falls. Not sure when Easter is in 06.

Anyone know how to find out when Easter falls in 2006?
Would it be quiet and nice after Easter?

It could be colder than December, but also, could be a bit warmer in February.
You know. Depends upon what you were wearing too. :D If you were going for heavy (lined satin comes to mind, and wool kilts) clothing, a cooler month would be ideal. If you were going for a more bare look ( :D ) then you'd want to consider a warmer month.
Velvet is very pretty for February. :D I had a cousin who was married on Valentine's day. White velvet and heavy satin ruled the day. Gorgeous comes to mind. :D

Thanks Johnie.
How long after Easter does it quieten down?

Usually within the week after Easter. Once all the breakers and Easter vacationers have left.

The week before and after Easter are going to be crazy.

Very nice time of the year for a trip over to see the mouse and any other type of "magic gathering" you might want to plan for then

Early May is wonderful Joanne. Crowds are very small because kids are back in school after Spring Break but not yet out for summer and the weather is warm (I went to the water parks in May this past year so that tells you something)

The Flower and Garden Festival is also in April/May.
I've never been at that time of year but I hear it is lovely.

Does it rain much then?

It's Florida, there is always the chance of rain. However, FL tends to be like VA and doesn't rain too much in the spring and fall.

We were there last April for 10 days and I remember it raining very little. It was crowded but that was spring break and easter. According to my Birnibaums guide April is the lowest percentage of rainfall. It was pretty cool in the mornings i had to wear a hooded sweater but by lunch time it was really warm. Evenings got cool again.

Not much rain during that time at all. There may be some, as there always is a chance, but not like the expected daily rain of the summer.
The Flower and Garden Festival does make for an incredibly beautiful EPCOT.
Certainly a nice place to take photographs. :D
