When we arrive at Disney's Old Key West Resort on December 26, 2004, we plan on arriving at 10:30-10:45 pm since our flight arrives at 10:05 pm. Is this going to be a problem? Should we call ahead to let the resort know about this? Are there any special arrangements that have to be made?

Most hotels expect to be notified if guests will be arriving after about 9:00 p.m. (sometimes earlier in small towns, but most major resorts/hotels are 9-ish). Might be a good idea to fax or call them the day before your arrival, just to be safe! :)

Anytime I'm arriving after 8 or so I call just so I know they're not gonna give my room away
