Can someone please tell me are there changing rooms and/or showers by the hotel pools?

Yes, in the restrooms adjacent to the laundry room in the Fifties complex (bowling pin pool). I would think the other pools would offer similar facilities.

They're bare bones, but clean.

Be sure to take your room towels to the pool and request additional towels for your room from Housekeeping. There are bins for the used towels by the pool.
