If you or anyone else you know has Autisim, the special passes are really handy. My little brother (7 years old) has it, and it helped him to skip long lines. (just don't use it to cut the lines yourself...it's cheating!)

they are great -not just for autistic but we had one for heather as she tends to get a bit upset if we just stand in one place for a long time
the CM's are great when you show them your pass.

What a good idea, I didn't realise they had things like that. I am lucky enough not to need any special assistance in anything, but in my job as a teacher I see all sorts of medical conditions....., especailly autistic children and those with ADHD. I can understand how a pass like that could be a lifesaver! How does it work?

We always get one for our son who is Blind, the sun is a problem for him as is some seating arrangements. They always stamp preferred seating and alternative entrance and exit. We are generally ok, however many times when a show is finished and we need to us the disabled exit rather than use the stairs which would be near impossible the CM always says before we have even got time to get the pass out, "this exit is for people with a disability only" and we then need to explain, not very good really. I do understand that a minority will try to use this exit when its not needed and they are only trying to police it.

I can understand how a pass like that could be a lifesaver! How does it work? You basically just go to the wheelchair entrance, and show them the pass. It's great!
