7 Day Premium?

I have booked a holiday to Orlando for myself and my 6 year old daughter. I am trying to book Disney tickets prior to departure.
I thought I would book a 7 day hopper plus ticket together with a two day pass to Seaworld/Busch Gardens as this looks as though it gives unlimited access to these parks over 21 days (I am going for 14). I have now come accross a 7 day premium ticket. This seems to be the same as a 7 day hopper plus, but is £50 cheaper. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
Also I have not booked accomodation yet. Any advice?

I've been looking at the new premium and ultimate tickets and they are a good deal :thumbs:

Are you going to Universal? if you are, you may want to consider the 5 park pass that will get you into Universal/IOA/Sea World/Busch gardens and Wet 'n' wild.

As for accommodation, do you want to stay onsite? We are in the UK but book through US travel agents (our very own Cinderella or Mickeymac are both excellent TA's if you want to PM either of them!). Do you have an AA card? if so you will qualify for AAA discounts.

I started off looking at the old 7 day hopper ticket and was going to buy them until I discovered the new magic your way tickets. The new 7 day hopper plus seems to be cheaper than the old one and with more plus options. That was until I saw another post about the 14 and 21 day tickets for WDW. So it looks like we will be getting the 14 day WDW ticket together with a 4 park flex ticket. I know we have more days than we need but we also have complete flexibility over what we do and the cost is not that much more.

The good thing about the new tickets is the longer your visit is, the cheaper the per day gets and it can work out to be much cheaper than the old tickets

Thanks for getting in touch. Do you know what the differnce is between the hopper plus and the premium?
Is there any advantage in getting the hopper plus now that the premium ticket is available?

The tickets that don't expire are the new version of the old style hoppers. But apparently, if I read correctly, will only be available in 5 and 7 day tickets.

The premium and ultimate tickets are aimed at us Brits who go for longer. I don't think the fact that they expire really matters for us as we tend to need 7 or more days for each trip so we have to buy new tickets each trip anyway. I don't see any advantages in buying hoppers over premiums now. :)

According to Cinderella's post about the tickets you can make them so they don't expire for any length starting at 2 days

Buying a US ticket for 7 days with the plus pack (water parks etc 5 visits) hopper option and no expiration option works out at $344.00 per adult with tax. The UK ticket has all the above except it expires after 14 days from first use is £144. You save £40 buying the UK ticket :thumbs: At the moment, Orlando Ticket Deals are offering the 7 day premium for the same price as the 5 day premium. :D

Thanks for that Paula. Living down here, I'm always shocked at the price of tickets. I'm so spoiled. It's going to take us a while to understand all the different types of tickets with the options!

Thanks for all the comments. Does anyone know if car parking is included on either the 7 day premium or the 7 day hopper plus tickets?
If not how much does it cost to park in the WDW parks?

Free if you stay on site, I believe it is $8.00/day if not. Parking is normally not included in any ticket except the Annual Pass.

I have now started looking at the magic your way tickets, but the sites I have been on do not give much information. Do you know which parks they give access to? I am assuming this is MK, Epcot, MGM & AK. Is this right?
The price works out at about £232 for the 7 day pass with the park hopper option, which is better then the £268 for the premium or the £312 for the hopper plus. I was not really expecting to visit any of the plus options anyway.
Can anyone suggest a good site for these tickets?

The Magic Your Way tickets are not available until next week sometime. The basic ticket is the four main parks. The Plus options are for the water parks, DQ, PI and WOS

If you use the orlando-ticket-deals site that Paulak has mentioned you can purchase the 7 day premium ticket for£144 (adult) £124(child) which is the same as the 5 day.
The extra benefit of this ticket is you get 5 extra visits with the 7 day which you can use at BB, TL, PI and DQ, I believe DQ is not an option on the hopper tickets. Certainly sounds like a great bargain to me.

The fastpass is available to anyone with any kind of admission ticket into the theme parks

I believe DQ is not an option on the hopper tickets.
I think that DQ is included on the new tickets

Just been checking the site out and if you want the 14 day unlimited pass you can purchase this for £10 more per person than the other ticket.
