Evening EMH Questions

I'm looking forward to trying this in February. :) I have a couple of questions for anyone who's done it:

Do the restaurants stay open?

Do they have the evening shows (Fantasmic etc) at the regular time?

When I did it, I didn't check sit-down places but it seemed like most counter service places were open. Fantasmic was at the regular published time. Whatever the published hours are (For MGM when we went it was 9-9) you get three hours starting at the "closing" time (so for us, MGM was open til midnight). We had to show our room key and get a wrist band. Each ride checked for a wrist band before allowing you in the line

JM do you think this new EMH will stay in effect permanently or is it a trial?

Sounds like it is going to be permament for the time being. It is part of the changes going into effect after the new year (new tickets etc.)

Sounds good JM butwhat do you mean new tickets? I have unused plus passes (just the plus portion) does this mean i won't be able to use them?

Disney is introducing new ticket formats called Magic Your Way. Any old tickets will still be valid until they are all used :) You can find all the info here (http://www.wdisneyw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32350)

At MGM do they give out a list of show times (for Little Mermaid etc) for the extra 3 hours?

I don't know since I pretty much never see that. We did TOT, RnRC, GMR, StarTours and the Muppets within an hour and a half
