Please help me!

Hello! Although I am signed into this website at work, I can't seem to sign in on my pc at home. I have tried to request my password but I never seem to receive it! Is there anyway I can find out what it is? :confused:

Is your password being sent to your work email instead of at home? :unsure:

kate if you go to USERCP and then edit email and password, you can change your password to something you can remember, do this in work as thats were you can log in ok

My password isn't being sent anywhere - it says that it has been sent but I never get it!

It didn't work. It said that the password I put in doesn't match the records. Don't know what to do now! I have requested that my password be re-sent to me, but as usual, I haven't had it. :sorry:

Any more suggestions?! Please?!

try setting up an hotmail account and then register that as your email address, if that doesnt owrk maybe an admin can pm and discuss your password as they should be able to set the password for you

It's my hotmail address that i've registered with! Hopefully someone will pick up my problem from this thread and help me. It's really frustrating being at home and not being able to comment on anything!
