Has anyone heard of the POFQ holding a Mardi Gras type celebration at the resort?

Hmmmmm, nope. But that doesn't mean they don't do it, it just means I've not heard about it! :)
There is an extensive Mardi Gras celebration at Universal Studios. They have the VERY best fried crawfish there. :yes:
