There is much for a teen of 14/15 to do at WDW! She is going to have a marvelous time. From the fast moving attractions, to the shows, and live acts, she'll be busy every minute.
There is Disney Quest too, at DTD (on the West Side) if she (and the nine year old) are into video games. They will be able to play until their heart is content!
The Trip Reports board will have many accounts of experiences at WDW, and other parks (like Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld) around Orlando.
Welcome to the UOG and I hope you have a wonderful time planning this trip! That is half the fun, the planning of a holiday! :ears:

Oh! Just thought of this, too. WDW is one of the few places in this country that you can allow the fourteen year old to have some level of freedom. Depending upon your comfort level, you could arrange a meeting place and time, and let the fourteen year old go off on her own. She may not want to, but if she does, especially within the same park, there shouldn't be too much for you to worry about.
Also, you may want to pick up some inexpensive hand held two way radios for communication. Costco (a warehouse store) had a set of four for $45. Two had a five mile range with 32 channels and two had a two mile range. Excellent buy!

Adelekor, I've a 14 year old boy, and an 8 year old girl. I heartily second everything OKWTink's saying. I feel comfortable letting him roam, and there is a ton of stuff for him to do there. He loves going now (but went through a stint of "but MOOOooOOOm! Disney again!?!)
I didn't have much luck with the walkie talkies, much better luck with our cell phones, but I'm sure I'm not really much help there as you've probably got cell service overseas, no? :D

If your looking for a pre-paid, virgin mobile seems to be the best value

okay the prepaidphones aren't the greatest deal.. go with sprint with digital roaming and free sprint to sprint minutes.. that way you can keep in touch with your kid
I have one.. I have 200 minutes a month cause i share a 600 minute plan with my parents and i used 1300 minutes one month without going over cause of free nights, weekends and sprint to sprint calling.
