Found this little contraption in a xmas cracker.
No idea what it is or what to do with it (careful).
Any sugestions? Left the mouse in shot to give some idea of size.

We had one of those! Its a keyring Shogan! Unscrew one of the little balls and thread the keys onto the bar.

I was going to say it was a toe ring or something like that. I guess you can use for whatever you'd like.
