Annual pass website

Had several attempts and tried both of our passes but unable to gain access. Keep getting told your details do not match our records, is anybody else having this problem or know how to get around it?

I can't get on either using any of ours. They are having lots of technical problems with all these new tickets etc so maybe the site is down again. :sigh:

I have been an AP holder for 3 years now and have NEVER been able to access the AP site :sigh: at least I can still get to the Florida Resident page

Just managed to get on, the only thing I did different was type my name in capitals instead of lower case, hope this works for you.
