Hey Again - We have booked a Fantasmic Dinner Package (H & V) but given that the reserved seating is at the side rather than front and centre, I am wondering if we forego the package and just have my DH wait in line an hour or so before while I walk around the park with our three little ones (who would go crazy waiting in line) until about 30 minutes before when we can join him? What is your experience?

I'd say use the package.. honestly although it looks off to the side, the reserved seating is brilliant. Yep, front and centre perhaps a LITTLE better but nowhere near so much better than I'd wait an hour or so in a queue

There is no such thing as a bad seat for Fantasmic. I recently sat over in the reserved area and the view was fab as always :D

It depends on when you go. If your going during a busy period, I'd probably get the dinner package. If your going at a slower time, I'd just go a half hour or so ahead of time.

Wakim,
I agree with JM there is not a bad seat in the house. I never sit too close anyway because you can feel the heat from the show (and I was all the way in the back/top row) and that would scare my girls sitting any closer. Its stadium seating so you don't need to worry about other heads blocking your view.
I don't know how crowded it will be the first week of april. I know its not easter but I am not sure if its spring break for some schools:shrug:
I will be there on the tenth of April and am also curious about the crowds also.
IMHO if you can I would suggest the pkg. Do book it early I am not sure if they go fast or not. I am going a week after you and we are doing the pkg as we always do. One thing is for sure this show is a must see.

For the last few times we've been, we've booked the package on the day or the day before. I wouldn't recommend doing that ;-) and we have been going at quietish times (december etc) but just to say that even if you don't book or forget etc., it's still worth a call.

April 1 will be busy seeing as how that is Easter week. Go for the package

We booked H&V package for Fantasmic in July. Agree with what others have said it is good seating and means you don't have to queue. It could also be difficult for your DH trying to keep space  for you, and not always easy to spot people in such crowded places :overhere: .

I would definately do the package.
And anyway, if the arena isn't busy, you could probably move to the centre area if there's not many people there. I'm not positive about that though. I know people without the package tickets are not let into the reserved section, but I don't know if the same is true the other way round.......
