We are starting to get ready to pack for our Feb. 5th trip but now we aren't sure if we should go with jeans or shorts or both! Can anyone help us out?

We are going on the 5th as well. The weather in FL for the past few days has been excellent, let's hope we get some of the same. I think you should pack both as well as a fleece/sweatshirts, it may be chilly first thing in the morning and in the evening. I think we will get away with shorts during the day though.....let's hope.

Yep, go with both. Do the layer thing. T-shirt under the sweater at the cool morning, then peel off as the temp rises.
The recent weather is fairly unususal for this time of year. Expect at least a few days of chilliness, especially at night.

Definatly take both, we did Feb last year and the weather was so changable. We left Sea World early because it was sooo cold that day. Next day we were swimming in the pool!!!

How does it feel today then??
Its 59.9 degrees here with 40mph winds making it feel a lot colder, mixed with the odd rain shower. Welcome to Sunny Cornwall!

me and my hubby will find a nice sports bar and watch it. He got me into the NFL last year and i find it interesting :)
Our hotel has a sports bar but i think he really wants to drive to jacksonville for it, but that will be 2 much for me! so we will stay in Orlando and find a nice big sports place to watch the Superbowl.. its better than staying up till 5am and watching it :D

Unless you have game day tickets I wouldn't go anywhere near Jacksonville on Super Bowl Sunday. :) :)

So is the SuperBowl THE game of the year? Pardon my ignorance! Im an FA League coach in 'soccer' at a Championship club in the UK so I am a big sports fan but American Footie is something that still confuses me. The Superbowl would be a good game to watch as I think we are there when its on - Jan 29 - Feb 21st.
Who is playing?

Well lets put it this way.. When the superbowl is on its like a public holiday everything shuts down to watch it!
Who is playing... They are still in the Playoffs atm this weekend will decide who plays in Jacksonville on the 6th Febuary.
Steelers V Patriots
Eagles V Atlanta
On Sky Sports Extra on SUnday :) if you want to watch who is in the Superbowl
