I've been reading the posts about the DDE and I think this sounds like a great idea. One question though...I'm an AP holder and my expiration date is 9/05. If I don't purchase another AP after 9/05 will my DDE card still be ok to use through 2/06? When you show your DDE card do you need to show your AP also?

No. You just need an active AP to purchase the DDE. Once you have it, you just show the DDE card, and sometimes your driver license.
