We'll be in WDW for two weeks from 15th May 2005. What should we expect? Is it hot enough so that we'll need to wear sun cream each day?
What about evenings? T-shirt and shorts all the way or will we need to cover up with jumpers/jeans etc??
Will it be hot enough on our "off-days" to develop that sun tan whilst lounging around the pool?

The temperatures should have nothing to do with your sun cream usage. You definitely want to wear it. In May expect temps in the 80's and 90's with lots of sun. It should be warm enough in the evenings to wear t-shirts etc. but I would carry a sweater or light jacket with me in my luggage just in case.

Always wear sunscreen. You can get a burn even on a cloudy day and coming from a place where the sun is not as strong, you can burn very easily. You may want to bring a bottle of Aloe just in case you get a burn

You will most definitely be able to work on your sun tan. :) May is gloriously warm and usually low in rain, so it's a perfect month to enjoy sun bathing, swimming and any other outdoor activity.
Do be sure to have something for the rain though, just in case. You might want one or two sets of warmer clothes for evening, more for the air conditioning that you might run into than for the cooler temps.
Be sure you get a sun block with at least SPF 30, ok?
Have a great time!
