American Pride Seafoods to launch Disney seafood products

US seafood supplier American Pride Seafoods has announced a licensing agreement with Disney Consumer Products to introduce a new line of frozen seafood products featuring four Disney characters.
The products, which feature Mickey Mouse, The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, and Lilo and Stitch, will be introduced in early 2005 at retail outlets nationwide.
The company said the products, which include fish nuggets, breaded fish strips, and pizza-flavoured breaded fish wedges, are made from Alaska Pollock fillets, which are frozen at sea.
The licensing agreement represents Disney Consumer Products' first foray into frozen seafood.
