You guys don't even understand how funny this is to me. I AM going to buy one and put it away for father's day for Bob :D

First I should tell you that Bob can turn the VCR on, can hit play, and can manage to hit rewind, but just barely. A couple of years ago we got a DVD player and of course as soon as it was hooked up we watched a movie. When the movie was over the kids left to go do what it was they wanted to do and I went to go let the dogs out. When I came back into the family room Bob was standing there with the DVD player remote in one hand and the instruction book for it in the other.

What was he doing you ask, well my very technology challenged husband was reading the instruction book because he could not figure out how to REWIND the DVD :hissy: I of course being the loving wife that I am immediately called the kids back downstairs to tell them what their father was doing :laughat: :lmao:

Needless to say we have never let Bob forget this and any time we watch a movie now someone will always ask him if he's hit rewind on the DVD :D

See, now you know why I have to buy this for him

But, if I tell him I want something built (like when I wanted built in bookcases) he can draw a sketch on a napkin, go buy some wood, and before I know it I have oak bookcases that you'd swear came from some high end store. But ask the man to operate the microwave and he's lost without the directions
