Just wondered if anyone has booked one of these b4 getting there? I booked some Disney passes and I have been sent the actual passes but with the Universal pass there is just a voucher at the bottom of this letter thing that I have got to hand in at a kiosk when I get there. As anyone else had this b4?

We've had the ceTicket format, where you just take the original credit card you used online and your printout to the machine near the entrance and then simply swipe the credit card for verification purposes and enter the confirmation number from the printout and it prints all the tickets out there and then, simple! We;ve used it before with no hassle and have done the same for this trip.

BTW, just in case anyone is interested, Universal are offering 7 days for the price of 3 for a limited time, BUT also kids go free!!!!! Can't quite remember when this offer runs out but if you're going soon it saves a fortune!! http://www.universalorlando.com

We bought ours beforehand and we got sent the actual tickets, which I preferred to do just because you've got the peace of mind knowing you've actually got them in your hands already, and you don't have to queue up to get them exchanged.

Who did you use for getting the actual tickets.

I got sent a video tape yesterday from www.orlandoparks.co.uk which does the flexi ticket. I would much rather have a ticket in my hand than a peice of paper.

Heidi-hi campers, ( sorry, could'nt resist that ) :D

Worry not, your voucher is tecnically your ticket(s).
We have used these in the past, even at so called peak times, and have not experienced any undue waiting time to have them exchanged at the customer relations window.
Hope this reassures you a bit.

Bill.

I bought an AP online last year and got a voucher that I exchanged at the window. Took 2 minutes to do.
