Hello All.

Does anyone know of an accurate Florida weather forecast (contradiction in terms?) website that I can keep my eye on in the lead up to my February 19th holiday?
I've been watching the BBC site in the UK but I have no idea how accurate it is.

Thanks,

Paul.

Is your signature the current day's weather then Sorcerer???

Yes it is. It's a realtime feed from the Weather Channel's Orlando Int'l Airport's station.

Thanks folks.

If I get around 20C and dry for my 14 days I'll be more than happy.

The chances of that are???

Slim and none? :D :D

One thing I've learned about the florida weather is that it isn't drizzly and yucky for days on end like it can get here in New England. If the forecast is for rain, quite often it's come and gone before too much damage to your itinerary is done. I think it's hard to expect when coming from a different climate, but it's easy to adapt to.

Well, there is a pretty good chance of that.

20C (68F) is average for that time of year and rain is usually low for February, typically around 2.72 inches. We've had a few extra days of rain this January so far, but we've only had 3.32 inches of rain.

You will never encounter in February what you you would in July-August when it is a given that you will have a thunderstorm every afternoon around 3:00 like clock work.
