What's your least favorite thing that Eisner has done to disney? Im going to have to go with limiting Imagineers creative juices, and dampening there spirits.

He turned it into a machine at the cost of losing the magic.

I so hated what they did to the Disney Stores...it spread from the parks to us and it stunk. We went from handing out Magic to pushing merchandise. I felt like a stalker when people came in to the stores. I couldn't do what they wanted me to do..Push Push Push for sales. It wasn't what I learned when I first joined the Disney Team, and I just couldn't do it any more.

Sad, so sad, cos that was the best job (well pay wise it wasn't) I ever held.
