Just wondered if anybody has bought their Disney / Universal etc tickets from Ebay. They also have Character Dining tickets. I've not compared prices - just wondering at this stage if anybody has tried this and if so was all well. :tinker:

I wouldn't touch them! You have no way of knowing if the tickets are valid or used until you get there. They often sell for more than they are worth too! I've seen people paying crazy amounts for charcter breakfast vouchers, sometimes double what the breakfast costs to pay on the day! Some tickets have signatures on them too and some (like AP's) you need to do the knuckle measurement at the turnstiles. I was asked for ID twice when my ticket wouldn't work to make sure it was my ticket.

I would stick with someone like Orlando Ticket Deals (UK) or Maple leaf (direct from the USA) for discount tickets instead!

Thanks Paula. I've already got my Disney tickets from Maple Leaf for this year - the best offer I could find. I wouldn't touch them either. Imagine how disappointed you'd be if you got to the gate and there were no days left!!! Could really ruin a holiday - just wouldn't take the chance. I was wondering though if anybody had any bad experiences with buying them. :)

I don't trust ebay on some stuff...

people are scammers.

I have bought many things on EBAY and have yet to have a problem. I NEVER buy from anyone who has ANY negative feedback and rely heavily on power buyers. I just recently bought tickets for Disney for a trip in April so I will let you know if I had any problems but all my sellers had previously sold Disney tickets and had no negative feedback. There are good sellers out there you just need to not get carried away and pay attention to who you are buying from.
