Does anybody collect anything unusual? What's your favourite theme amongst your pins, or dont you have a theme?

I collect Treasure Planet Pins after I met Ben at DLRP and he made my holiday (mind you I was already wearing his pin!)

I also collect Marie from the Aristocats and Princesses Aurora and Jasmine. I have other pins but these are the ones I have most of.

I collect pins with Walt Disney on them and also Mickey pins. My favourite are the black and white Steamboat Willie pins. :) I also have quite a few linited edition pins :)

I also collect plush Mickey Mouse - once again my favourite was a one I bought recently which is Steamboat Willie.

I had two very dear friends give me pins. That started it. :yes: I don't really consider myself a collector though, as I don't buy many. I have purchased a few Tinkerbell pins, and have some of the DVC members only pins, and have a few Figment holiday pins, but not a serious collector by any means.

The man who lives down the road from me works for Disney and is a SERIOUS collector. :eek: He had a yard sale and had some pins there. I didn't have a clue, so didn't buy but one Tinkerbell. He was talking about them though, and surely knows his business.

Started with what ever took my fancy, but now mainly peter pan pins although most are tinkerbell. Also grab the AP, DVC, and any LE ones I like but will get to trade for ones I need.

DH and I always get the DVC and AP pins. Each trip the kids get to pick one or two of their favorite character at the time. The kids also get a pin for each new ride that they have tried. DD got Kali River Rapids this trip and DS got Space Mountain. We also get pins for the places that we have stayed.
