I have a whole tin of squished pennies that I have gotten or that friends have brought back for me and I was wondering how people display them? I know you can now get a book from WDW, but these are from different places and years. I have tried a photo album, but they are too bendy to actually stay. Any ideas?? Thanks

Ya know, I have mine in those squished penny holder book thingies. I never really thought about displaying them. I'll have to give that some thought.

I have some in my Southern California scrapbook.
It's actually a 3 ring binder. I glued them onto a piece of paper (I think it's that thick white drawing paper??) and slipped them in sheet protectors.
Usually I glued them on the page with a receipt or park map or something else from that place, but just glueing a few on a sheet should work fine.
Am looking at them now. I have 8 from Universal Studios California on one sheet along with the date that we were there that I stensiled in, and the globe logo that I must have cut from the park map.
Hope that helps.
I have some of those books too, they're in a box somewhere in the basement.

I tried to do that as well, just to have them in a book but none of mine seem to lay flat. Hmm..maybe I should try to bend them so they do..

Put them under a heavy book. That will flaten them out

put them between 2 pieces of wood and hit with a hammer gently, that'll flatten em :D

Once you get them "flat" , maybe you could make like a shaker title for them.

If you had Magic Kingdom ones you could spell out "castle".
Did I make sense.

ooooooooo IDEA!!! ok, so for your scrapbook, you can put your pressed pennies underneath the scrapbook paper, and run a crayon over the paper, so you get the outline of the pennies.

You could probably, depending on the weight of your cardstock after you have it made, then buy those little things to hang pictures and hang your display on your walls. :)
