LeAnn Rimes Records Disneyland Anniversary Theme
As Disneyland embraces its 50th anniversary, LeAnn Rimes has recorded "Remember When," the official anthem of the California theme park's "Happiest Celebration on Earth." The Richard Marx-written and -produced track will be heard during a regular fireworks presentation at the park and in several upcoming marketing platforms.

"Remember When" will also be included on "The Official Album of Disneyland's 50th Anniversary," due May 3 via Walt Disney Records.
"I love Disneyland and I love the song," Rimes says. "It fits my voice perfectly and it turned out beautifully."
"As a parent of three sons, having taken them to Disneyland and seeing that sense of magical wonder in their eyes, you get that again -- it's just in a different way," Marx adds. "So that's what I thought the song should be. It's handing down that sense of magical wonder from generation to generation."
Disneyland's planned 18-month commemoration of its 50 years will kick off with the "Happiest Homecoming on Earth," which Disney says will be the biggest celebration in the history of its theme parks. The milestone will be marked at the California attraction, and in special salutes at Disney parks around the world.
