Going to WDW this March, can anyone help me decide whether to prebook discovery cove now to make sure, or get the tickets when I am out there.
Does anyone know any where to get the tickets out there as Maple Leaf do not carry them?
Thanks again for any help.

You need to book DC now. It's very popular.
You can book on-line with DC and then print out your ticket to use when you get there. I have done this, it works fine.
There's very little difference in DC ticket prices so you may aswell book direct.

We went to DC in September 03 and the park was only 2 thirds full. The lady on the desk said only 600 places were booked tof that day.
It's the most amazing place ever, if you really really want to make sure then it's best to book early. :):)

not sure about once you get home and they don't work.......you could always ask before you buy. We have bought the video/photo CD a couple of times and on both occassions, they let you see part of the video and the photo CD before they hand them over to make sure you are receiving the correct ones. So, you know that when they hand them over they are working  have I just comfused you more

They will make sure you get a PAL type video so it can be played over here. Don't know what would happen if it didn't work though, sorry. My video worked fine, but I didn't get the photo CD, just chose the photos I wanted and they developed for me.

We booked on the website in advance from the UK and it was very easy to do.
We also got the video and it worked fine. I don't know if we'd get it again (unless the guy videoing was on us the whole time - don't think that will happen). It was however, good quality and had some lovely dolphin and DC info on there as well.

Like Isafari said, they show you part of the video before you buy to make sure it's yours, so you know it works then.

originally quoted by tb2830.......has anyone had the discovery cove brochure and if so how long did it take to arrive .........and was it worth the wait lol
My brochure took about 3 weeks to arrive. To be honest, you get just as much information from the DC site or, if you have been before and picked up a leaflet - there is just as much info on those too.

i seem to remember they do give you contact details in case you wanted to order any more prints within a certain timeframe. I am sure if it didn't work they would try and replace it for you depending on whether or not they keep copies or not. I would ask while they're showing you it

I contacted DC about buying photos a couple of weeks after we were home and they said I could order or re order photos so long as I had all the details of party, date, swim time, cabana name and group. I don't know what their cut off time for orders would be though.
I have emailed their guest relations department a few times now - mostly queries before we went, and they have always been very quick to respond and very helpful.
