Disney on Ice at MCI Center in DC

Is anyone going to see Mickey and Minnie's Magical Journey at the MCI Center in DC this week? We are going Sunday, the 20th, to the 5 PM show. It's a Valentine's surprise (a little late, I know) for my kids. I can't wait!:)

Have a great time! I have only been to the MCI venue once (not for a Disney show, either :) ). I am curious how they will set it up for the Disney on Ice show. Let us know how you liked it. :)

For those of you who are interested, the show was terrific. Our kids really enjoyed it. It was set up on half ice, with the "stage" at one end of the rink. We were in section 110, 4th row up. The seats were good, except I think if we would have been a little higher up it would have been better. We were almost level with the performers. It was a nice taste of Disney while we are "between" trips.

I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed the show! I've never done one of the Disney on Ice shows and have often wondered if they were worth the money...

If it were just me and my hubby, I would say no, prob not worth the money. But for the kids, they were just mesmerized by it. And I was thinking to myself during the show, that this is probably the closest some of these kids will come to Disney. How sad.

Have a good time, Disney On Ice is here at Hershey next week at the Giant Center, expcept it is Toy Story.
