Hi guys
We're planning for our first trip in May and have no idea how much money we need to bring with us.
We're staying in a hotel on I-drive, have booked our car and we've got our park entry tickets for the three weeks that we'll be there. It'll be me, my wife and the kids - 12 and 9 years old.
I'm thinking of about $200 per day for eating, drinking, parking, petrol - normal everyday stuff along with about $2500 on CC for shopping.
Does that seem a reasonable amount? or should I rob a bank and get some more?
Cheers Guys

Welcome to the forum!!!!
It sounds like a reasonable amount to me yep given the stuff you've paid for already

sounds about right, when I went, I just had myself to pay for and one meal a day for 5 days, I also bought a LOT of suviners and spent about $500 total while there.

$200 sounds good, this past December my family of four had a budget of $160 a day, and it was plenty. whatever you have left over can go to more souvenirs!

There were three of us and we stayed onsite at Disney and believe me we had the same daily budget as you and that also paid for $800 spent on various days at Walmart, so If you`re staying off site you can eat cheaper so you will be fine. We bought alot of our presents from walmarts because they have loads of Disney stuff but it`s half the price than at the Disney shops.. ie; a big lollipop at Disney cost about $3 in Walmarts the exact same one cost $1 which is a huge saving if you`re bringing back souveniers and gifts for people or yourselves even, Disney t shirts were sometimes $20 in walmarts they were $10 some were even $5. So buy here before the Disney park shops.

Where abouts is a good Walmart?
I am on the I-drive so am hoping there will be one on the bus route. Is there better ones off the I-drive?

There is a wal-mart near I-drive, the one we always go to is on south Kirkman rd, don't know if a bus runs that way though.
