We are going to WDW in March and staying at POR. We are going to leave disney for a few days to go to Universal, IOA, SW and DC. What is the cheapest option for us to travel to these place on the 4 seperate days? We would hire a car but i'm on 24, so they won't let me :( and my fiance (wife by then) is 25 but isn't confident enough to drive. Who can help? Other than driving what is the best option?

You can hire a car at 24 , you'll just pay for the privilege.I can't help you with any other options as i haven't and wouldn't do Florida without a car.

$20 a day extra 21 to 24 year olds with the airline network.

Taxi or public transportation would be your other options. I would choose a taxi or a transportation service. I'm not completely familiar with the transportation services, but many people here use them. Someone will come along with that information.

I believe there is a bus that goes from Downtown Disney to International Dirve, you could use the I-Ride trolley to then get to Sea World and Discovery Cove......
