I am quite used to buying things on ebay - after much research it appears that alot of the WDW tickets on ebay are 2 and 3 day hopper plus (plus being one day at either Pleasure Island or Quest). These appear to be the same tickets that Disney makes available to conventioneers etc. Does anyone know about these tickets? Do they work?

Honestly, I wouldn't trust buying tickets on e-bay. I would hate to get to the gate to find out that the ticket I bought does not have the right amount of days/pluses  but that's just me
Edit to fix my oops :D

I think JM meant she WOULDN'T trust them
There is no way of finding out until you're at the gate how many days are actually left on them.

The people selling htese tickets appear to have great feeback on hundredes of transactions - they all sell new tickets with wither 2 or 3 days of hopper and 1 of the plus - all are identical tickets - they expire 10 days fro first use and must be used by 12/30/05 - prices are quite a bit less than WDW pricing - just wondered if these convention tickets are good tickets to use.

Thanks for the edit there Renae. That's what I get for trying to get "one more post" in before I leave the office.
Remember that WDW has new tickets, so it's hard to compare hoppers with MMY

I bought these tickets through the web site, not ebay. They are official tickets and I did not have to show any credentials proving I was a convention goer. If you are interested I will email you the site I used. We just went down to Florida on Feb 12-17, so I know for a fact.

Just always be wary. Check feedback for the item you are purchasing.

Ok, I am confused, which doesn't take much these days.
For the good of the board I am going to a convention at Disney in April. Do they sell tickets just for convention goers? ( is that a real word?) Maybe I should I look my convention packet when I get home...

For the good of the board, I think that's a good idea GM.
