Hello :wiggle:
As part of our september disney visit, we're staying at the beach club concierge for 4 nights, and I have a few questions about their 'planning' services, as we have never stayed concierge before.
Can they make PS's for you??
Can they help you book tickets for MNSSHP and la nouba??
Can they help organise surprises to be left in our room?
(Such as welcome gifts for my boyfriend etc...)
Does anyone have an email address for them??
As this is our first disney trip, any help I receive is WONDERFUL :D :) :D

Yes, they can assist you with your PS's. Make sure that you contact them before the 90 day date priority seating date, especially if you have time sensitive bookings, like Cinderella's Royal Table.

Yes, they can help organize in-room suprises or welcome gifts.
PM me if you want the email address.

When we stayed at Polynesian I found the concierge very helpful for those hard to get PS's. I was able to have them book CRT, Illuminations cruise and Pirate Cruise. They are able to get it easier than calling from outside.

Do concierge still contact people in advance or is it up to you to call them? If they do contact guests, how far in advance is it?

I didn't hear anything from AKL Concierge. I decided to contact them when it got to 90days as I'd heard nothing.
From what I've read it's luck of the draw whether you get contacted or not.
My advice would be, if you haven't heard and 90days is looming email them.

Well im not going until september and I've just emailed them now
I was just asking about what planning services they offer and things like that, so it was just general questions.

At the moment, it depends on the Concierge staff. When we book a Guest into Concierge, we send a note to the IPO office introducing the Guest to them, and letting them know a bit about them. Some offices send out a welcome packet with an interest form to fill out, some contact via email (which I've found to be most common with the Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk concierge staff) Once all your PS's are completed, they will send you an itinerary with all your information on it.
Our 90 mark came up during one of the hurricanes (when the resort was basically shut down for a few days) and the IPO staff at the Yacht and Beach Club went above and beyond the call of duty to get my itinerary made. You are in good hands.

I was told by the concierge at Poly that they contact people but not before the 90 day mark. If you want to assure those precious PS's then you should contact them.

We recently stayed at the Beach Club Concierge, and received a packet about 2 months out which included the key to the Concierge floor. Also in the packet was the email address for the option of PS's. We called from outside the concierge and were told the Tea with Alice was full, however our concierge made little work over it and we were in for my daughter.

Thanks for that Jetboy! How old is your daughter and did she enjoy the tea. Maybe she could do a mini review for us? I'd love to hear her thoughts about it! :D

Sadly, she is 5 going on 15. I never understood what people meant by, " they grow up too fast." until she started school. All of a sudden, she is all grown up, keeps to herself, and is more interested in friends than us. Anyway, all she will say about the tea is that she wants to do it again, they had desert first, then chicken tenders, and juice, not tea, in my best daughter sarcasm voice. How silly of me to expect a Tea party to include tea.
