Does anyone know if a 5 year old with Downs Syndrome qualifies for a SAP. He is a very good boy but if there are long lines it will be an even longer day for everyone around us..

Yes my auntie is 55 and has downs, she is able to walk a fair distance holding on to someone, but in the heat and that amount of walking she needs a wheelchair :)

How do you get the passes? my daughter has arthritis and may need a wheelchair depending on "how it is on the day", would she qualify?

The best thing to do is take a Doctor's letter with you and present it at Guest Services in the first park you visit. They will then mark it according to what sort of help she will need. You need to ask for a Guest Assistance Pass/Card.

When asking for the pass, who do you ask and what should you say?

Go to Guest Services in the first Park you visit and ask for a Guest Assistance Card/Pass. Take a Drs. Letter with you.
