My investigations into Ultimate passes has raised an interesting thought. We have always had the pass included on the room key (or had the annual passes which you can replace if lost). If you have a say 10 day pass and you lose it in the parks what happens.
Paula suggested to note the pass number, has anyone had experience of this?

Any ticket can be replaced if you have the serial number off the back. The easiest way to safeguard your tickets is to photocopy the back of them. If you lose a ticket WDW use the serial number to locate the ticket in the computer, they can then see how many days are left etc. and cancel the lost ticket and issue you a replacement.

:iagree: We had the 10 day pass on our last trip and were worried about loosing the tickets, so before we went, we made photocopies of the back of the tickets and took it with us and kept it in a safe place. Thankfully we didn't need to use the photocopies!

Good suggestion, I will make sure to copy them when we go if we get the 10 day tickets instead of the AP..

With the new magic your way tickets - they can be added to your room key even on a room only so no worries about losing them. If you do, go right back to your front desk to get it replaced
