Does anyone know of a decent website/mail order in UK selling card making supplies and different types of paper?
I'm making our wedding invitations :excited: Bought some stuff from Hobbycraft already, but don't have time to go back and get more.
:thanks:

:overhere:
I know tons of sites - making the invites for Adrian's sister and her groom-to-be.
www.craftcreations.com (http://www.craftcreations.com) is a good one for blank cards and sticky bits.
www.madaboutcards.com (http://www.madaboutcards.com/) is good for...well, everything really.
If you can't see what you want tell me, I have many more where those came from.

I just bought myself a lightbox, embossing tool and stencils! I have always wanted to try this and it was quite easy! Looks very effective.

What kind of embossing, Joanne? The powder and heat gun variety or the traditional embossy mentioned by tracyw?

Heat embossing is easier than dry embossing IMHO. I did both for Christmas cards. Jo if you need ANY supplies let me know :D

Joanne my Mum is big on making cards and she was mid emboss when we popped in to see her last night.
It 'looks' really easy.
She was showing me a Lakeland Plastics brochure that is specifically for crafts and they had some great stuff in there.
I thought she was really 'sad' when she first started making them but i'm gradually getting the bug........
Good luck with your Wedding Invites.
