I am looking for any deals on a disney cruise for this summer. Looks like the 7 nights are leaving out of Cal. Prices I am looking at are unreal. Is there any discounts out there? Also do you think it would be cheaper to get two rooms for my family of 5 or the one big one?

I don't know much about prices, because my family deals with Disney Vacation Club Points, however, I will chime in with some information about the two rooms. We're a family of four- mom, dad, myself (18), and a younger sister (9). For our first three cruises, we shared a room, and on the last cruise, we got two seperate rooms. The first time, we had a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom (lower levels with a porthole), but due to some complications, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Stateroom with Navigator's Verandah and a Standard Inside Room. We used the inside room to store our luggage and everything and stayed in the other room. The next two times we got Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah, which was nice. It wasn't a problem during the day because there was many times when there was only one or two of us in the room, but at night, it was quite crowded. There's a divider between the room with the sofa and the room with the bed, which helps... but to get to the bathroom, you have to go through the "bedroom." The last time we went on the cruise (for 7 days) we got 2 Deluxe Staterooms side by side. While it was probably a bit more costly, it was extremely nice. My sister and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in the other. We had a door the connected the two rooms, so when they wanted to check up on us, they could.

I don't know how the pricing works out or the ages of who all is in your family, but if you can afford this, I would strongly suggest it.
