I have a pin from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, with Mickey on skis, was wondering if this is a rare pin or not.

Not sure where Bear Mountain Ski Resort is but does it say Limited Edition on the back? If not, chances are that it either isn't rare or is possibly a cast member's pin.
