We will be leaving for WDW on Saturday :bedbounce "We" is me, hubby, and five kids. My five year old is autistic and we will be getting the guest assistance pass for him. My question is this....If an attraction offers fast pass, will we have to get fast pass? Or can we use the guest assistance pass? I have seen differing reports on this. Some people say they were allowed to use the fast pass entrance, but didn't need to get the fast pass. Others say they had to obtain a fast pass.

I'm just anxious to here different experiences so that I can prepare some sort of itinerary.

Thanks for any help!

As far as I know (and I am by no means an authority on this) if you have a GAP you can use it at any attraction. Each application of the pass may differ from attraction to attraction, but it will not be denied.

Fast Pass is a great innovation regardless of whether you have a GAP or not. It's purpose is to do away with the wait, so it would act as the GAP.

Have a marvelous time! :ears:

In our experience last August, we did not need to obtain Fast Passes but simply showed our Special Assistance Pass to the staff and we were shown directly through using the fast pass entrance or special entrance depending on the attraction.

The staff were very helpful.

Hope you have a wonderful time
