Late May / Early June weather

Hello everyone

We are off to the Disney on 18th May

Please can you advise me will the weather be OK then?

Is there any shade in the parks.

How about the water parks?

Is it a good time to go?:whistle:

It is hot. You'll be good to go at the water parks :) There is shade in the parks but not a ton so be sure to wear a good sunscreen and I'd recommend a hat. Drink lots of water

The peak of the rainy season is July/August when the typical afternoon thunderstorms roll by around 3:00pm and 4:00pm almost daily.

May/June, as JM said, is hot and very muggy, come prepared with very comfortable clothing for the parks, and its worth repeating to wear lots of sunscreen and drink water, not soda :yes: . I've actually had to assist families in the past when a member of their group, mostly kids, get sick from dehydration, even when they tell the paramedics they were drinking lots of "liquids". Paramedics are quick to explain that sodas are not absorbed efficiently and that specially in kids, the sugar actually makes their upset stomach from dehydration worse.
