Hello. Has anybody tried out any of the golf courses in/around Orlando? If so, which ones would you recommend?

WDW has---ummmm, seven? (unsure)---golf courses. I don't play, but many of our members do. I'm sure they'll be along in the next day or two to answer your questions.

Uscwest, Mickeymac's DH, Kilted Warrior, Jack's Dad (I know I'm missing some names) have all played at WDW. Don't know if they've played off site, though.

Thread moved to Minor Parks and Recreation.

WDW has 5 full service golf courses. They are Palm, Magnolia, Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines and Lake Buena Vista. Additionally there is a 9 hole, walking only course called Oak Trail. Orlando has many fine golf courses in its own right. I have played a couple of them but unfortunately with the exception of Orange Lake Country Club I can't remember their names. I'm sure you will have no problems finding a quality golf course in the area.

On our honeymoon my husband played at The Palm. It was a very beautiful golf course. I'm also sports challenged so I drove the cart!http://www.wdisneyw.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
