My grandfather is coming with us to WDW. He only wants to go to Magic Kingdom and Epcot and spend the rest of the days at the resort and DTD. We have a one day park hopper( we had an exta day left.) We want to buy another ticket but not actully in Disney because of the price. What do you think of buying a ticket on Ebay? Or from anyone else?
Here is one that I found do you think it is worth it or truthful??http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=58731&item=6525208950&rd=1

i would never buy a ticket on ebay, it has its place for buying other stuff but you will not know until you go to use if it is actually what it says it is :)

No, no, no, :nono: That just doesn't seem right. Too much of a risk and a bad experience waiting to happen.

Nope too much risk, wouldn't do it for any reason.

I wouldn't do it but not because it's risky. Usually the prices on EBAY get way higher than what you can actually pay for a ticket at the gate or outlet. I've bid on some EBAY tix and they usually go for about $100/day. That's higher than what it's worth!

I wouldn't do it for both of the reasons mentioned. I researched them once & some of the ebayers had lots of feedback that was positive but I feel that's to easy to fudge if someone is seriously scamming. The fact there is no way to check it until you get there is just too risky. And idiots do tend to pay more than they are worth for things like that or the dining cards & such.

Agree with what others have said. Did look at ebay for tickets for last trip, but people bid silly prices (more than you would pay at gate) and as others have said you do not know if they do have days left until you are at WDW. Not worth the worry

And don't forget, if they're partially used MYW tickets they will have been finger scanned and it wouldn't match the dimensions of your finger anyway.

There's just some things that cannot be trusted on Ebay. I wouldn't trust it at alll..so many scams..
