Past AP Rates for Jan/Feb

I was looking at a chart of the "trends" for discount codes, and I noticed that for the past 3 years, Disney releases a Jan through mid Feb AP code and then a mid-Feb through April code. Anyone know which time period offers the better deals? I couldn't find any numbers to compare.

The Jan to mid Feb code is generally going to be a little better since the other includes the spring break time period
