PLEASE!!!! I need help from those of you who received a pin code e-mail for check in by 7/04/05!

We go once every year and we've NEVER gotten one of these codes that I know of. I just want to make sure I'm not missing it!!

What does the subject line say? Is the whole e-mail about the pin code or is the code embedded somewhere within a newsletter-type page? Really- does the code "jump out and bite you in the nose"- or do you have to search for it?

Is the code a letter/number combo?

THANKS !!!! :)

I have not received anything yet this year, but I got two emails and a postcard (snail mail) last year. There is no mention of a *pin code* in the subject heading...the code is usually in bold, and separated from the body of the text...it is quite obvious...the body of text is usually a fancy HTML with pictures, etc. telling of what great rate they are offering you. As far as I remember, it is mixed alpha/numerical.

Sorry to sound so stupid but what are you all talking about. I came into the thread thinking it was a code to get a free pin at check in, as in a Disney pin but I think I'm mistaken :D

Disney send out postcards periodically with a pin code on them which will give you discounts on 'room only' for a certain time frame. There is no pattern to this mailing and nothing that anyone can see that will 'give you the edge' for getting one. You either get one.................................or you don't.

Nobody in the whole of the UK has ever got one.........................as far as we know. :(

Well, that just sounds wrong. Why would they not offer them to our UK friends?
Remember the good ol' days (oh about a year or so ago) when Mousesavers could post the codes & anyone could use them. I don't understand why they have to be so elitist about it. It almost seems illegal to me to offer one person one rate but not give it to another. What is the logic behind that. I've never understood it. For heavens sake just give me your best rate & lets be done with the games!

I've never gotten one either...but my friend that went with us for the VERY FIRST time to WDW back in 2003 received a postcard from WDW the following year..and she went to WDW using that discount! I hate her :)

I had never stayed at a WDW resort but had been there many times and I got one last year. I didn't use it and haven't received one yet this year. Maybe i blew it :(

Don't worry yourself, BT. We've got used to this oversight by Disney. We're all typically 'British' and accept our Disney 'brush-off' quietly.

I didn't know we had a code until I called to make reservations and the person told me we had a coupon. She said we would have received it in the mail, which is possible since we did get some postcards over the past year...but I never paid attention to what they were! Doh.
